Oakridge, 13 Orchard Close – Planning Application – Residents feedback required

Central Bedfordshire Council (CBC) have advised the Parish Council that the developers of Oak, 13 Orchard Close in Gravenhurst have submitted their reserved matters planning application for the construction of 45 new homes.  This site has already been granted outline planning permission, therefore this reserved matters application covers amongst other things details of the appearance, landscaping, layout, and scale of the site.

The Parish Council will discuss this application at its’ next virtual meeting on Monday 21st September starting at 7pm.
